SOKOŁÓW is the best known and most popular brand of meat products in Poland, also appreciated by many consumers in other countries.

The position of the Sokołów brand is best illustrated by the ranking of most valuable Polish brands, drawn up in 2010 by the Rzeczpospolita newspaper. Sokołów SA took first place within the meat industry and second place in the entire food sector. Its excellent results are confirmed by market research carried out by the Pentor Opinion and Market Research Institute, which shows that awareness of the Sokołów brand and the popularity of its products are growing year by year.

Sokołów consistently pursues a modern marketing strategy, which aims to promote and reinforce the image of the company and of the Sokołów brand. The company uses many ways to reach customers, ranging from advertising leaflets to sales promotions, sponsorship of popular nationwide cultural events (the television show “Dancing with the Stars”) and prestigious sporting events (sponsorship of Lech Poznań football club), and television advertising campaigns.

In 2011 the company focused on activities in the interactive field. Apart from a new website, it also made its début on Facebook, quickly gaining good opinions among a large number of users.

The firm’s strong market position is confirmed by numerous distinctions and awards: the Superbrand and Business Superbrand 2009 titles, a gold medal and Grand Mercure medal at Poznań International Fair, the PDŻ (“Recognize Good Food”) mark, the Food Quality Leader title, the Acanthus Aureus medal, medals awarded at the prestigious IFFA international fair in Frankfurt, and many others.
