Ingredients

1 packaging Sokoliki pork with veal kabanos sausages 
400 g your favourite natural cream cheese
3-4 tablespoons ayvar paste
pinch sweet paprika
1/2 teaspoon tomato purée
salt, pepper
vegetables (e.g. yellow bell pepper, cucumber) as an additive 
 

Preparation
  1. Put the natural cheese in a bowl. Mix with ayvar paste, paprika and tomato purée. 
  2. Season the dip to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with kabanos sausages vegetables cut into strips.
