The 15th edition of the Marcin Gortat Camp has ended

Marcin Gortat Camp is an annual training camp and training session for children and teens. Our company has been actively involved in this event for many years and it supports young basketball players.

Marcin Gortat does not need to be introduced to anyone - he is a Polish basketball star who was the only Pole in history to play 12 seasons in the prestigious NBA league. His “Mierz Wysoko” foundation organizes a series of basketball trainings for children and teenagers. The Camps have been taking place for 15 years now and the formula is constantly evolving.

This year, the Camps were held in Łódź, Zgierz (including a camp for children with disabilities), Chorzów, and Rzeszów. The young basketball enthusiasts had the opportunity to train with their idol and other basketball legends (Maciej Zieliński, Andrzej Pluta and others), and receive a lot of invaluable information from the world of basketball. Each participant received a ball with our company logo, a hot dog, and Sokoliki kabanos sausages.

As in previous years, there were hundreds of people willing to take part. The enduring popularity of the sport also pleases us as sponsors. We have been supporting MG Camps and young basketball players for many years. We promote a healthy lifestyle, activity, and a balanced diet. Through such events, we help children to realise their passion and experience wonderful, positive emotions at the same time.
