Pork and poultry sausage, medium-minced, smoked, scalded, sterilised. It is a uniquely flavoured product that does not require refrigeration. Thanks to sterilisation, a special thermal treatment which extends the shelf life of foodstuffs, the sausage can be stored at temperatures as high as 25°C. As a result, it can be safely consumed far from home - at road trips, the outdoors and other places where there is no access to a refrigerator. It tastes great both served straight from the grill and heated in water or in a frying pan.
