Excellent pure pork sausage with high meat content (98%), smoked and scalded, in natural casing. With a rather intensive, slightly spicy taste, with a distinct aroma of smoke and natural spices, with leading garlic and black pepper notes. Excellent both cold and hot. Perfect for frying, baking or boiling. Equally tasty cold, as a quick snack or appetiser.
