BURGER WITH OYSTER MUSHROOMS AND ROCKET
Ingredients
400 g minced Sokołów beef
12 oyster mushrooms
1 packaging rocket
4 lettuce leaves
12 onion rings
4 slices of large tomato
4 teaspoons mustard
4 teaspoons ketchup
4 hamburger buns
salt, pepper
1 teaspoon butter
Preparation
- Knead meat and form 4 chops. Then fry in hot grill pan or a barbecue for 2-5 minutes on each side (depending on how well done you want the meat to be). Sprinkle burgers with salt after frying. Cut buns in half and warm them in a pan or in an over. Smear the lower and upper bun with mustard and ketchup, then put the remaining ingredients: Mushrooms, rocket, burger, lettuce, tomato and onion. Cover with the top bun.
