KABANOS SAUSAGES WITH PEPPER DIP
1 packaging Sokoliki pork with veal kabanos sausages
400 g natural cream cheese
1/2 red pepper
1/2 yellow pepper
1/2 green pepper
1 tablespoon chopped thyme
vegetables as an additive (e.g. carrots)
- Dice the peppers very finely and put them in a bowl (set aside 1 tablespoon for decoration). Add natural cheese and chopped thyme and mix thoroughly. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Put the dip in a decorative bowl and sprinkle with chopped red pepper. Serve with kabanos sausages and vegetables cut into strips.
