Safe winter with Sokolik, Radio Zet and GOPR

Sokołów announces a series of events titled "Safe Winter with Sokolik, Radio Zet and GOPR", which will take place in five charming mountain resorts and town squares. The initiative aims to promote safety rules on the ski slopes and provide entertainment for all lovers of winter activities.

During the winter holidays, rescuers from the GOPR (Mountain Volunteer Search and Rescue) Beskid Group will be actively reminding people about the rules of safe play in the snow. Demonstrations of rescue equipment and first aid workshops are planned. One of the highlights of the programme will be the “alcogoggles”, which show how alcohol affects mental and physical abilities. In addition, we will show why wearing a helmet while on the slopes is particularly important.

As part of the event, a special snowtubing hill will be set up, a snowboarding mat and a cross-country ski track will be available. For the youngest, Sokolik has prepared a mini ski slalom with obstacles. Our Food Truck, serving unique hot dogs, will also be available on site.

In addition to education, there will be competitions with attractive prizes, individual competitions and, of course, the opportunity to ski. We hope that the "Safe Winter with Sokolik, Radio Zet and GOPR" events will contribute to the promotion of safe fun on the slopes and provide unforgettable moments for all participants.
