Loin smoked in a traditional smokehouse, without addition of preservatives, monosodium glutamate and phosphates. Characterized by high protein content. It is an exceptionally delicate and juicy cold cut. Natural flavour is a result of the high quality of the raw material used (100 g of product was prepared from 100 g of pork loin) and the addition of only natural spices.
