EGGS STUFFED WITH HAM AND MUSHROOMS

Ingredients

10 eggs
1 packaging Sokołowska Krucha Wędzona ham
400 g button mushrooms
1/2 bunch parsley leaves
bunch chives
onions
salt and pepper
panko coating
mayonnaise
 

Preparation
  1. Fry finely chopped onions and mushrooms in hot oil. Season with salt and pepper. After a while, add the diced ham, fry until golden.
  2. Hard-boil the eggs, cut in half together with the shell, hollow out the centre, leaving just the shells. Grate the eggs, mix with the mushrooms, ham, chopped parsley and chives. Mix with two tablespoons of mayonnaise. Transfer the filling to the shells and coat in panko.
  3. Fry in a heated frying pan until golden.
