TASTY DIPS FOR KABANOS SAUSAGES

Ingredients

1 packaging Sokołów French kabanos sausages
200 ml tomato sauce or ketchup
4-5 dried tomatoes
1 packaging Greek yoghurt
3 cloves garlic
1/2 bunch parsley leaves
1 packaging white sandwich cheese
1 packaging soft-ripened cheese
salt, pepper
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare tomato sauce: finely chop the dried tomatoes and add to tomato sauce or ketchup. Mix. 
  2. Prepare garlic sauce: chop garlic and parsley and mix with Greek yoghurt. Season with salt and pepper. 
  3. Prepare cheese sauce: add finely chopped ripened cheese to sandwich cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Serve sauces as an addition to kabanos sausages. ​
