STUDENT SALAD
Ingredients
Sałatka:
1 handful rocket
2 Naturrino white sausages
10 plum tomatoes
1 peach
1/2 cup walnuts
Dressing:
3-4 tablespoons linseed oil
1 clove garlic crushed in a press (optional)
1 tablespoon apple vinegar
1 level teaspoon honey
1 flat teaspoon hot mustard
Himalayan salt, freshly ground pepper
Preparation
- Mix dressing ingredients until the sauce is homogeneous.
- Cut white sausages into slices 5 mm thick, then put on a hot pan and fry, stirring occasionally, until nicely golden brown.
- Cut tomatoes into halves. Clean the peach, remove the seed and cut it into smaller pieces. Divide walnuts into smaller pieces.
- On a platter put alternately all the salad ingredients, then pour the dressing.
