THE SOKOLIK ACADEMY IS A PLACE WHERE THE YOUNGEST GOURMETS CAN DISCOVER THE WORLD THROUGH THE FUN OF COOKING TOGETHER WITH PROFESSIONAL CHEFS. THIS TIME, DURING CULINARY WORKSHOPS WITH ŁUKASZ KONIK, WE LEARNED HOW TO PREPARE MASTER BURGERS.

Homemade burgers in a crispy bun and vegetables are a quick and extremely tasty lunch or dinner option for the whole family. They are also great for a barbecue, picnic, or a lunch box. Their taste is appreciated by both small and large gourmets. The secret of a successful burger lies in the high quality of the beef and the perfectly selected toppings: crunchy vegetables and distinctive sauce. Thanks to the workshops with Łukasz Konik, young chefs will find out that preparing a homemade burger is easy and that putting it together is fun. Try it yourselves!

Home-made burgers

Ingredients:
4 Sokołów beef burgers
4 hamburger buns
a few slices green cucumber
a few slices pickled cucumber
a few slices radish
a few slices tomato
some lettuce leaves
frying oil

Sauce:
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons mustard
2 tablespoons barbecue sauce

Preparation:
1. Fry the burgers in oil. Cut the buns in half and brown them on the grill.
2. Mix the ketchup, mustard and barbecue sauce well. Spread the prepared sauce on the buns.
3. Fold the burgers: place the vegetables and the fried meat on half of the bread, and then cover them with the remaining halves of the buns. Pierce the finished burgers with a skewer stick so that the ingredients do not move while eating.
